Uses real Unicode upside-down characters, so the flipped text works anywhere plain text works.
Frequently asked questions
How does upside-down text work?
Each character is swapped for a Unicode lookalike that resembles it rotated 180 degrees, and the whole string is reversed so it reads correctly when flipped.
Will it work on social media?
Yes, anywhere that accepts Unicode text: posts, bios, chats and comments. A few characters have no flipped twin and stay as-is.
Can I flip it back to normal?
Yes. Run flipped text through the tool again and it returns to normal, since the mapping is symmetric.
