What is Review schema markup?
It is structured data describing a single review: the item reviewed, the rating, the reviewer, the date and the review text. Valid markup qualifies the page for review snippet rich results with star ratings.
Can I mark up reviews from another site?
No. Google only allows review markup for reviews that are actually shown on your page and collected by you. Marking up third-party or invented reviews can lead to a manual penalty.
How is this different from aggregateRating?
Use Review for one specific review, and aggregateRating (inside Product or LocalBusiness markup) for the average of many reviews. This tool builds the single-review version; never mix the two on the same page for the same item.
