What is Product schema markup?
It is structured data that tells Google about a product: its name, image, brand, price, availability and ratings. Complete markup qualifies your product pages for rich results showing price and star ratings.
Do I need real reviews for the rating?
Yes. Only add an aggregate rating if it reflects genuine reviews collected on your site. Inventing ratings violates Google's guidelines and can get your rich results removed.
Where do I put the generated code?
Paste the JSON-LD block inside a script tag of type application/ld+json in the head of the product page it describes. Each product page should carry markup for that specific product only.
