Frequently asked questions
Where can the page numbers appear?
Choose bottom center, bottom right, top center or top right, and set the margin distance from the edge. The numbers are drawn in a clean Helvetica font.
What numbering formats are supported?
Three formats: 'Page 3 of 24', '3 / 24', or just '3'. You can also set the starting number, which is handy when numbering starts after a cover page.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Yes. Page numbers are stamped as a new text layer on top of each page, so it works on scanned documents, image pages and regular PDFs alike.
