Numbers are picked out of any text automatically, so commas, spaces, newlines and mixed text all work. Sorting is numeric, not alphabetical, so 10 comes after 2. Stats update with every sort.
Frequently asked questions
How does it find numbers in my text?
It scans your text and pulls out every integer and decimal, including negatives. Commas, spaces, newlines and even mixed text like apples: 5, oranges: 3 all work.
Why does 10 sort after 2?
Because sorting is numeric, not alphabetical. Alphabetical sorting would put 10 before 2, which is wrong for numbers.
What does remove duplicates do?
It keeps only the first occurrence of each number, so 5, 3, 8, 3 becomes 3, 5, 8 when combined with ascending sort.
