SYNTHVORA GROWTH
Paid Advertising

Reach customers when they are already searching.

Google Ads can put your business in front of people who are actively searching. Meta Ads help you reach the right audience before they start searching.

How We Work

Paid ads run like a science project, not a slot machine.

Every campaign follows a disciplined cycle: research, structure, launch, and relentless testing. Your budget goes toward learning what works, then scaling it.

1

Audit and setup

We review any existing ad accounts, fix tracking gaps, and set up conversion measurement properly. If you cannot measure a lead, you cannot optimize for it, so this comes first.

2

Campaign structure

We build campaigns around your most profitable services and highest-intent searches, with tight keyword groups and audience targeting. Structure is what keeps budgets from leaking into irrelevant clicks.

3

Creative and copy

We write ad copy that speaks to the searcher's intent and design creatives that stop the scroll. Multiple variants launch together so testing starts on day one, not month three.

4

Test and optimize

Weekly optimization: pausing losers, scaling winners, refining audiences, and testing new angles. You get a clear monthly report showing spend, leads, and cost per lead, with no vanity metrics.

Deliverables

What ad management includes.

You pay the ad platforms directly for your ad spend. Our job is everything around it: the strategy, the build, the creative, and the ongoing optimization that turns spend into leads. For competitive New York markets, disciplined structure is what separates profitable campaigns from money pits.

FAQ

Paid ads questions, answered.

How much should I budget for ad spend?

It depends on your industry and how competitive your market is. Service businesses in a metro area need enough daily budget for Google to learn, which your account manager will estimate after research. You pay the platform directly, you can change the budget anytime, and we will tell you honestly if your budget is too small to test properly.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. Accounts are created under your business with you as the owner, and we operate them as a manager. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you, including all campaign history and data.

How fast will I see results?

Paid ads can generate leads within days of launch, but the first few weeks are a testing phase while we learn what converts. Expect meaningful, stable performance from the second month onward as winners are scaled and losers are cut.

What if the ads do not work?

Then the data tells us why, which is valuable in itself. Sometimes the fix is targeting, sometimes it is the offer, and sometimes the landing page. We diagnose honestly and recommend the fix, even if the fix is outside our ad management scope. We would rather lose a client than burn their budget pretending.

Google Ads or Meta Ads, which is right for me?

Google captures existing demand: people searching for what you offer right now. Meta creates demand: reaching people who fit your customer profile before they search. Urgent services usually start with Google, while visual or lifestyle businesses often win on Meta. Many clients eventually run both.
